My name is Tamara Riach and I am the proud Director of Little World Worongary.

From a young age I always knew that I wanted to work in the Early Childhood Sector, growing up in a big family and being the oldest of four, I was always looking out for and caring for my younger family members. This made me sure I wanted a career working with and educating children. I pursued my dream career in 2012 when I started as a trainee educator at my local schools after school care program, since then I have worked in a range of different positions and environments around Australia.

I believe that every child is unique and learns in their own unique way, I feel it is important for our little ones to have the potential to thrive in a supportive and engaging environment as we support and foster their love for learning allowing them to feel empowered to express themselves.
